Our Story

When moving to Australia to begin her new chapter, Vicky – our founder was always craving for some home foods, especially Banh Mi and Goi Cuon. With this homesickness, she had explored all the Vietnamese restaurants in Melbourne to find the most similar taste to home’s. She was so upset of how difficult it is. Therefore, she decided to open her own restaurant with the sole purpose of bringing the tastiest, authentic Vietnamese flavours to Melbourne.

Since opening in 2014 with our first store in South Yarra, we have been loved by thousands and thousands of customers who keeps coming back for more. We are extremely proud of fulfilling our mission everyday – To provide busy families and professionals a variety of meals quickly in a dynamic atmosphere, thus giving people more of what they are looking for – time.

We’ll deliver your order to anywhere in the surrounding suburbs of South Yarra. Indiviudal ordering must be within 5 km from our store; catering ordering must be within 20 km from our store.

There is no minimum purchase amount for each delivery order, however the delivery fees do vary with different purchase amount.

Refund Policy

At Master Roll Vietnam we strive to serve our customers fairly, if you have any concerns with the product/item provided or want a refund for the product/item please email us via admin@masterroll.com.au with your concerns and we will handle your request. Refund requests are handled on a case by case scenario.
